I was totally attracted to the bright blue color of this webbing ribbon belt. The nylon material makes it shiny and suitable for casual outfits. When it comes to fashion, it wouldn't do to neglect the importance of belts as they do more than just keeping your pants on. Even if your pants fit around your waist to a T it would still be a good idea to wear a belt for decorative purposes.

One of my favorite belts is this Club Monaco blue ribbon belt with a white stripe in the middle simply because of its dual colors that make certain combinations of outfits compelling.

Visually, this nylon webbing belt is separated into three colored stripes. The middle white stripe is sandwiched by the outer light blue stripes. Buckle design is simple and efficient in that it's a couple of rectangular steel loops that secure the strap in place. It is quite a unique belt considering most belts are either leather (most common) or cotton.

This nylon belt is awesome because it's one of the few that can help the transition from the shirt to the pants to be more smoothly by bridging the gap between the two colors. In this case, I am wearing a white top and blue jeans and between the two articles of clothing is my blue white belt. It's a match made in heaven. Even without jeans, the belt can still look great with any baby blue or white garments. Its stylish and colorful design means that it's intended for casual use. And the fact that it goes best with blue jeans or white pant or shorts implies that it's unsuitable for anything formal, although you can make it semi-formal if you have your white dress shirt on like I did in the photo. For formal attire, stick to your black pants and conventional dark colored belt :-)

Ever since I bought it it has been a factor to add into my consideration for the outfit I wear each day, and I would have it on whenever appropriate.
