Right before I took the trip to Monterey on the Memorial long weekend I asked myself whether I had a pair of swim trunks. The answer was no. So I unhurriedly drove to a local Target store and picked up the blue floral swim trunks by Merona.

I like the color of the swim shorts because it goes very well with white tops. Some swim shorts have single colors and that makes them boring. This pair of swim trunks has floral pattern on it with just the right amount of color contrast and design complexity and I feel very comfortable wearing it. I am also a big fan of the Velcro closure in the front that makes opening and closing it so easy!

With the floral swim trunks, a white t-shirt, and a pair of regular sandals or flip flops you are ready to head down to the beach and have a good time there!!

I also picked up another pair for a friend who's in the trip as well, and it looks equally nice :-)
